PET OR FAMILY PORTRAITS

AND THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1 - What I need from you
please send me:

  • A photo of the pet, family member, or friend you’d like me to draw

  • Tell me which part I should draw (head and shoulders only, full body, …)

  • Any ideas for the design (e.g., extra flowers, accessories, background details)

  • Whether you’d like a Basic, Standard, or Premium illustration (details to follow)

  • Your preferred deadline (drawings usually take 1–3 weeks to complete)

  • let me know, if it is ok for me to use the finished drawing for marketing, if you do, you get a 5% discount

  • Optional: Background details or fun facts to make the artwork more personal


STEP 2 – Sketch & Confirmation

  • I’ll create and send you a sketch and colour palette of the composition

  • I’ll let you know the timeframe for completion (rush orders may have an extra fee)

  • We’ll make adjustments to the sketch until you’re 100% happy with it

  • A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking


STEP 3 - The Drawing Process

  • I’ll begin the pencil drawing and share a progress photo with you

  • If you’ve chosen the Premium plan, you’ll receive the original drawing by post (UK shipping is free)

  • I then scan the illustration and colour it digitally

STEP 4 – Final Delivery

  • I’ll send you the finished digital drawing via email and the invoice

  • You can still request colour tweaks or minor adjustments at this stage

  • The number and type of files you receive will depend on your chosen package

PREMIUM PLAN

✓ unlimited design elements of your choice (flowers, a toy, a piece of clothing (like a cape, font...)​

✓ personalised items like initials, names, a star signs, etc. (I can help you with ideas)

✓ coloured pencil drawing

✓ Din A4 and Din A3

✓ jpg. file 300 dpi, .tiff file 1200 dpi

✓ .png file without background, so you can adjust it yourself

✓ 3 different background colours

✓ a picture of the drawing process

✓ the original Din A4 pencil drawing

Add-ons: 

  • endless repeat-file for pattern making (for example for fabrics or gift wrapping paper) +£40

  • deviations from the photo (illustration example: dancing cat in the rain, puss in boots) +£60

  • I can arrange for your design to be printed through a trusted online print provider +£10 per item

  • if you have booked the Basic or Standard plan, add the original drawing to your order +£10

  • you want me to draw more than one loved one? No problem, just message me & I'll make you a fair price
